To date, having not been audited for compliance, this website is not in compliance with the European standard EN 301 549 as well as with the General Standard for Accessibility Improvement v4.1 which implements it.
The compliance audit is pending. The designation of the level of compliance will evolve according to the results of the audit, and the results will be displayed on this page.

If you notice an accessibility problem, send us a message or contact us at info.imagedemarque@mae.etat.lu, describing your problem and the page concerned. We commit ourselves to answer you by email within 1 month at the latest. In order to remedy the problem in a sustainable manner and within reason, the online correction of the accessibility defect will be preferred.
If this cannot be done, the desired information will be sent to you in an accessible format according to your wishes:
in writing in a document or email;
orally during an interview or by telephone.
Procedure to ensure compliance
If you are not satisfied with the response, you can also inform the Information and Press Service, the organization responsible for monitoring accessibility, via its online complaint form, or the Ombudsman, the mediator of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
